The Vendel Raven SCA Leather Body with Shoulders are?one of the most unique designs to be offered by Black Raven Armoury , these?have been professionally dyed and built for you by ourselves. Created & designed by Alex Agricola, the whole set is made of premium grade?top grain Veg Tanned leather (laminated to a minimum 6mm thickness).

This armour is 100% suitable for a variety of uses, be it SCA event, theatre stage or big screen, this kit will enable you to produce a set of fully functional ?REAL? protective armour.

The Vendel Raven Leather SCA Body / Chest Piece/ Breast-plate is a perfect foundation from which? to create your own distinctive leather armour look.

Designed by? our own Alex Agricola, the Vendel Raven SCA leather Body is a tough leather chest plate with an attractive embossed centrepiece. The matching shoulders (pauldron) complete the armour for anyone looking for a simple yet striking leather armour.

The Vendel Raven SCA Leather Body is also available without the Shoulders (Pauldrons)

the Vendel Raven SCA Leather Armour Body? is one of our most popular designs and is professionally dyed and built for you by our craftsmen.? The body and shoulders are? formed from premium grade top grain Veg Tanned leather (laminated to a minimum 6mm thickness).

This armour is designed to? be worn and used and is suitable for SCA, re-enactment or theatrical use, detailed enough to be used on screen and will stand up to close scrutiny and the sternest critique.

Size M is a size of 102-112cm (40-44 inches)
Size L is a chest ist size of 112-122cm (44-48 inches)
Size XL is a chest size of 122-132cm (48-52 inches)
Size XXL is a chest size of 132-142cm (52-56 inches)

 

LARP Armours : All of our LARP Armours are a minimum of 3.2 to  mm - 1/8 to 9/64 Inch - 8 to 10 oz Thickness, this is perfect for LARP and Cosplay events where any "combat" that occurs is non lethal and typically involves rubber covered foam weapons with plastic, or fiberglass cores. SCA Armours : All of our SCA armours are laminated to a minimum 6.5 mm- 1/4 Inch - 16 oz Thickness, many also have a degree of water hardening, this combination of hardened laminated leather is ideally suited to SCA and HEMA combat

Please be aware that all of the Armours Black Raven produces are hand made and finished to order, so please allow sufficient time ahead of your event when ordering.
